  Rodney came out assigned from our home warranty service, he was just great. It was a tough job and we thought someone else would need to come out but he was willing to try anyway to get it done for us and he did. We were so grateful!

  I had a simple request to repair some electrical outlets and lights via American Home Shield, Glass Electric, showed up and tried to find the problem, and then told my wife they could do the repair by running a new wire which they said they could do. However their story changed and they told me I had to remove all the wall paneling, the kitchen cabinets, backsplash so they could get access to the wire to locate the problem! . Really. and they explained how they had 40 years of experience,, etc, etc. etc. and threw me under the bus and how I was not listening to their requirements , never use these guys!

  We tried calling this business on several occasions during business hours but no one was ever available. After reading their reviews (one of their few positive comments said that they had great Chicken Parmesan and an abundance of negative comments) we made our decision to try someone else. Thank god they didn't answer their phone or we likely would have been extremely disappointed.
