  This company has the best customer service! We had a question about our system during this last freeze. Our call was answered immediately and we were helped. The next day and the day following, we received calls checking on us. Now that is customer service that is unheard of now a days! Absolute Air has been a great company to work with. They installed our new unit two years ago. Today, Johnny came out to do a check-up on our system. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable with him in my home. He was very thorough and explained things along the way. He took his time unlike other service providers we have used. He even offered to turn my registers around because the painters put them back pointing in the wrong direction. Now, that's going the extra mile! This company knows what it takes to have happy customers and repeat clients!
