  Never willing to work with you even if its there fault. Just a flat NO. No compassion for people. Employees talk to you like ur trash. They will flat out lie to get you out of there hair. Whoever answers these claims member owned. We know whos pockets are getting padded. Worst company i have ever dealt with. Pathetic.

  Last bill was $400, our current bill is $537 Keeps going up!!! I'm so over paying way too much! I have owned two homes in the past and NEVER EVER had my light bill this ridiculous! Sadly it's the only company I can go with because of the community I live in 😔
