  I had to buy a new garage door opener remote control but I couldn’t be able to program to use it. It was very frustrated. My garage door opener was an old version so this young man James McArter with a big smile on his face came to help me. He exactly knew where to look, what to do. I was very impressed with his knowledge and friendliness. Great job. Highly recommend. Thank you James!

  After experiencing a broken spring and a few other issues on the garage door this weekend, we called Absolute Saturday and they got us in first thing Monday morning. The technician, Nathan Wilson, was excellent! He diagnosed the issues, gave me my options, and performed the work efficiently and professionally! I would 100% recommend Absolute (and Nathan!) to anyone needing garage door work.

  Was extremely satisfied with his services. They came from Louisville, about 75 miles, the morning after an ice storm. I fully expected them to reschedule but they were right on time. Very knowledgeable & work quickly. Left jobsite clean. Friendly, personable. Didn't mind explaining what they were doing. Would gladly use them again & recommend them to others.
