  I was referred to Parsons Electric by several people. I have used them twice now, most recently due to damage from a wind storm. The morning I called, they were there within a few hours. I had major electrical damage that has now been repaired. The service was not just good, it was GREAT!!! Kevin, the service project manager, made sure I understood what needed to be done, always provided updates and made sure I was taken care of. Evan, the electrician, was also great! He kept me up-to-date on the progress and also went over things with me if necessary. They both went above and beyond. I highly recommend Parsons Electric if you want excellent service and excellent customer satisfaction!

  I was looking for electrician, looking through reviews. Came across Parsons read some of the reviews and saw how old they were so I gave them a shot. Kevin was out that day and had it fixed within an hour. Then I found he was actually sick and was the manager. That shows the dedication of the electricians at Parsons. I used them two other times after that and it was the same great experience as the first time. I wish there were more stars to give.

  Unfortunately, a technician was sent to my house to assess the damage of a melted light switch. He was both unable to fix the switch or give me an estimate (because he would have to reach so high with the numbers) but I was still charged a $60 service call, that was NOT disclosed to me, for a service that was NOT completed. I had already cut the electric to that part of the house from the breaker box myself, but was told HE was the one that had "safed the circuit." I had another electrical company come to give an estimate and was only charged $115 for the work which was completed on the spot within an hour and a half! I do not recommend this company to anyone unless you do not mind paying for uncompleted work!
