  After the most recent storm we had an odd situation with our power. Lights are all on but no heat to the dryer or stove. (we lost a "leg") Academy came out ASAP and told us the issue was with PECO. He explained what was going on, what to report to them, was a good sport about my PITA dog barking at him and then refused my offer to be paid for his time. Great customer service from a professional.

  Rob was recommended by a very good friend. I called him yesterday - 4/30 and he told me he'd be at our house the next afternoon, and he was!! He arrived around 1pm, told us what was wrong and in less than an hour we were all set!! Courteous and knowledgeable!! Thanks so much Rob!! :)

  Rob is fantastic. He fixed all the Electric that was wrong in the house we just bought. Super knowledgeable. Explained things really well.
