Got my generator from the decrepit mess I dropped off to a functioning, reliable piece of equipment.  All for a decent price.  I'll go back if I need something fixed.

They had our mower for 3 weeks .... We went over there on the 4 week to find out it was done 😡no one called us! Horrible customer service....except the guy that does the work he is very nice..when we complained he just gave us a look like saying " I know"... But never said any negative.

I have been going to Allen's electric off and on for the last 6 years. They are all very nice wonderful work gives you great estimate and does the job when he says he's going to do it.

They are a good place to visit  if you need something  fixed. We have never had any problems with them

Mark was very professional, he did a great job. I had him complete a few electrical tasks around my house and was very happy!
I HIGHLY recommend Mark from this company!

Over priced!!!! To clean and replace an air filter on my yard man lawnmower, and replace bulb and Spray with carb cleaner on my blower cost me $224!!!  CRAZY!!! Gave them a 2 star due to them actually fixing the equipment. I won’t return for service!

Do not come here! This is the worst repair place you can ever go to they are unorganized and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I called to have an electrical inspection done in August. I provided the address and they stated they went to the property and completed the inspection. It is now October and they never sent the estimate. I spoke with several employees who assured me they would be sending it. I never received it. I asked the last person is it because I'm a woman or minority and she stated that wasn't the case however I will receive the inspection by noon. It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive it. This was a terrible experience for me and I do not recommend this company. I would give this company less than 1 star if I could.

Allen's installed the generator at my home before I bought it.  I had them service the NG generator several times over the past few years.  I had an appointment for service at 10am, scheduled many days in advance.  They didn't show up, never called, I had to call them twice to find out why they weren't here.  First call was at noon, and the person that answered the phone just said "Allen" in a voice like I was annoying him, maybe the  owner?  The 2nd call at 3:40 PM, they decide to inform me that they need to reschedule for another time.  I said "no thanks."  If I have to call them to ask why they are late or never coming, they clearly don't want my business or yours if you are reading this review.  In addition, they use a mediocre auto battery in their service.  I bought my own from Advanced Auto Parts and it has lasted way longer - three years and still going now that I need to find someone else to service the generator.
