  R&R did not properly diagnose my problem and left me hanging with a 125 copay with my home warranty. Luckily the home warranty company sent out a proper electrician who quickly diagnosed and resolved my issue easily contridicting the findings from R&R. The tech Ty##R was unwilling to assist or resolve the issue. This company's inability to correct my issue cost me hours of phone calls and undue stress. Steer clear of this company is my opinion if you want responsive and accurate work.

  R&R was contracted through AHS, I must admit I was a little worried after trying to reach them to schedule, you literally half to leave a message bc no one answers, and hope your available to take the call when they callback. Otherwise you may not get an appointment (Phone Tag, annoying🙄) Everytime I called I had to Leave a VM. But when the technician Corey came out, 3 days after I notified AHS, I was overall pleased with the quality of service, he was professional, friendly and he resolved my electrical concerns in the same visit. Thankfully I have light in my bathroom again 🙂 ( Gave 4 stars because it was a difficult process to schedule the appointment)

  Used this company through American Home Shield. They used a contractor out of Summerfield who was very nice and determined that smoke detectors in my home needed to be completely replaced back in April. When doing some repairs recently and getting my house ready to sell, realized they never contacted me or made arrangements to replace. Contacted AHS who said that R&R said only batteries needed to be replaced and the work order was complete. THAT IS NOT WHAT IS ON THE WORK ORDER FROM THE CONTRACTOR THAT CAME TO MY HOME! Clearly states the detectors needed to be replaced and would be ordered. AHS is another story, they were going to resolve and have another contractor assigned. After NO RESPONSE they are once again trying to assign R&R. Do not use this company. Read their reviews. They are awful. Just awful! They have left my home unprotected without smoke detectors because they are inept.
