Came right out, quoted and made repair in same trip.  A bit pricey compared to other plumbers but honestly totally worth it for the quick and professional service.  From Mike who took my initial call to Jonathan who did the work... both were very pleasant, knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

From start to finish Frank Gay was fantastic! My first encounter with customer service was so nice and polite and made the appointment setting process quick and easy. The young lady I spoke to explained the appointment fee process and what I should expect. When the appointment time came I was sent a text with my service man Ryan's name and photo so I knew who would be coming. Ryan was fantastic he explained fully what our options were and sadly in the end we did need to replace our ac but it was the best decision. Lol. I would recommend Frank Gay to everyone!

The technician that came to my house, Roy, was professional from the onset. His appearance, communication, demeanor were all about, let's get this fixed for you". It was obvious immediately that he knew his trade as he dove right in testing several connections, and working his way from the outside to in. He diagnosed the problem quickly by process of a thorough elimination of all of the systems and connections. Of course....worst case scenario, the blower motor and module were done.  He investigated all of the options that were available to me and presented them in a timely manner. The next day he showed up bright and early and within 3 hours, had completely removed  and replaced the blower motor and module on an upstairs air-handler located in a small closet in a small hallway. System is working as it should, he was also very understanding of my curious pups that kept wanting to see what he was up to. Great job!
Was tired of hearing all of the commercials so tried them. Roy was the epitome of the word professional and represented the brand that Frank Gay advertises. Pricing was what I believe to be competitive if not comparable to other companies. You really do get what you pay for with this company. Quick response, called about 8pm and they were out first thing the next day, had to order and receive the part, so just one more day and my house is air-conditioned again. Thanks Roy and company!

We had some minor issues that we wanted to have taken a look at, so we called Frank Gay Services (who we have used before). Our tech, Shane, was on-time and extremely professional during his review of our problems.

Unfortunately we could not get the repairs done while he was here, but he went over all of our options in depth, explaining the pros and cons of each. I was particularly impressed that he explained to me how I could save money. Not many businesses I know would do that, and it makes me even more convinced that I made the correct choice of companies.

I will definitely be using Frank Gay when we decide on which route to take, and plan to put them on speed dial for future needs.
