I had technician Nick come to my home to restore power in my kitchen after a whole month without power and another company trying to fix it 4 times. Nick was awesome. He fixed it in his first try. I was really impressed. He was so professional and very knowledgeable. Also Michelle in the office is great setting up the appointments. They really go the extra mile for their customers.

I just wanted to thank Michelle for fitting me in and getting me scheduled in a timely manner, and thank Nick and DJ for doing a great job on my light fixtures. This is the second time I used Allstate, Alex came last time to replace a couple of outlets and he took great care of me as well. They were all very personable and professional, and I love that Nick wasn’t happy until I was happy, that’s great customer service! Allstate is now my go to for my electrical needs. Love my new lights guys, thanks!

Great experience. Michelle in the office was super helpful in scheduling an appointment. And Nick was the electrician that came out. He was really personable and professional. He's obviously been doing this for a long time and knows his stuff. He was also super picky about making sure he cleaned everything up when he was done (even tiny little marks on the ceiling). I'll definitely be using them again next time.
