  The service was great! Marcos took his time and went the extra mile to be sure everything was perfect before he left. I used this company through our homeowners policy and this has to be the best business they have given us to work with. I trust them to come bank and work on any other future problems I may have. If there were 10 stars I would rate them 10+

  This service was five stars. I indicated to the technician that I hoped my fan would not have to be replaced. He fixed it. I am very happy. Marco is very polite, pleasant and professional.

  While the technical expertise is fine, the newly increased hourly rate is outrageous. In addition the service needs to be improved. The two-man team moved large heavy pieces of furniture while searching for the GFI but did not replace the furniture. Two senior citizens are now left with the challenge of replacing very heavy furniture.
