  Nick Pickett is my son. Alt-Electric was started by his father, Roger Pickett, who passed away in 2018. I gave Nick the little generator parts company his father had started. Nick has taken that little company and turned it into a very successful enterprise. The reason for his success - I have heard it over and over - is Nick will always find a solution for his customers and he is ALWAYS honest with them. Needless to say, I am very proud of my son.

  Nick the owner commits Fraud all the time. Buyers please do your homework first. Nick will not ship you the correct product you ordered. Then charge you shipping and a 20% restock fee. Do research. Jasper Generator also goes by alt-electric. They also sell on Amazon. Many bad reviews. Best to find another seller Another Lie By Nick Was not offered it at cost. Was not told in any of the 15 emails back and forth that their would be a restock fee.

  Customer ordered a Reliance Controls 510C. Customer received a Reliance Controls 510C. Customer contacted us about this issue and stated he wanted what was max capbilities of the transfer switch not what came standard with transfer switch. We offered it to him at cost and he refused saying that it should come standard that way. Our Return policy is posted on the website and was given multiple times to the customer.

  All good things from this company. I called and the owner walked me through what switch I needed and answered all the questions I threw at him. They guy knew his stuff. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
