  Needed to replace two LED fixtures (one integrated can light and one fan light kit). Showed up within the designated block and got a text detailing arrival. All good, but the pricing for service was not in accordance with their own written documents. Had to sign off after their arrival on a high quoted price “for this job” (would not quote on the phone) but after completion when given the “Straightforward Pricing” receipt, which lists in details the jobs for each of 10 pricing levels, ours should have been about 4x less! When I complained and even called in, they just said it’s the standard price for ALL service calls no matter what, and the call center person said she didn’t even know what form I was talking about because they never see it. Sounds like they will gouge because they can. Period.

  H&H was a referral from a mutual client (custom, luxury home builder). The referral from the builder had me expecting a top tier, professional electrician and Im happy to say that is exactly what we got. From the initial consultation to cleaning up after the work was done, H&H maintained professionalism and met our expectations. The foreman Joe and electrician Silvio upgraded our service and installed a new panel as well as completed a couple of miscellaneous electrical projects. In full disclosure, it wasnt entirely problem free as there was an issue with making our originally scheduled installation day that wasnt communicated until the last minute. The scheduling issue could have been a real setback in the coordination of our home remodel but thankfully we were able to reschedule to accommodate our needs . More importantly, they made up for it by working diligently throughout the day of installation and completing all the work as agreed. We would definitely call H&H again.

  Very nice guys, easy to deal so no issues personally. They won't give you a quote over the phone but showed up to install a ceiling fan for us and charged $227 which my wife was told was a standard fee, and based on other reviews they know that; if we had told them that was too expensive they would have charged us $29 just for coming out. Unsure what other companies in the area charge but I think that's a little steep and a little misleading as well. Will not use them again.
