  We have been customers of Alternate Power Solutions for at least 3 years. We have maintained our generators and comply with the manufacturer's warranties. Their service fees are higher than most but we too felt it was important to have our generators maintained properly by the company who installed them. When we needed our generators to work consistently during Hurricane Irma, our generators failed. Alternate Power's 24/7 service was unprofessional and lacked compassion. The technician was rude. We have little faith in our generators and have opened up a case with Generac to resolve our issues, since Alternate Power Solutions, who installed our generators and service them, cannot.

  I have been a customer of Alternate Power Solutions for almost 2 years & spent over $10k on a generac whole house generator. maintained and comply with the manufacturer's warranties. The seal was leaking and they repaired it under warranty. Their service fees are higher than most but we too felt it was important to have our generators maintained properly by the company who installed it. Unfortunately my main panel got fried by FPL and called them for an estimate for my claim, then they have the nerve to charge $145 and make believe it's an emergency service call. Once your generator install is done you they will nickel and dime you.

  We had a generator installed last year after hurricane. I couldnt have been more pleased with the overall experience , from the office staff ( Meggin and Tony) to the technician ( Mike). I have probably called more than a few times with questions and always been met with understanding and great customer service. The pricing was fair and competitive! I would refer Alternate power to all my friends and family. We recently sold our home as well and it was a great selling point for the buyer.
