  I'm having my home built in Florida. Beth and Jasmine have been excellent in answering and helping me with the process of getting my home designed just the way I want it. America's Home Place in Valdosta, GA, was referred to me by a close friend and now I see why. They welcome you in and make your buying experience flawless. I have yet to begin construction, but my experience with them has been fantastic. The cost for my house was well below my expectations and I'm really looking forward to working with them as our project continues. America's Home Place has the greatest selection of plans, materials, and options I have experienced while shopping for a home builder. If you want a nice home, within your budget, and a diligent professional staff, this is the company and office you should choose.

  My wife and I have recently engaged America's Home Place to build our home. We are under final contract now and am very pleased with the negotiation and contracting phase of this build thus far. We look forward to doing a follow-up review on the build itself but I have little doubt it will go smoothly. The whole team there is knowledgeable and patient with us and I would recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.
