  Very thankful for the lady that handles payment arrangements. I forgot to make the arrangement to get my extension until payday, and earlier in the week, my lights got cut. When I called, the lady actually turned the lights back on while we were on the phone, and gave me until today. Today, due to my husband's boss making things difficult, we didn't make it in time. So, I called, and the same lady told me what to do and took note on my account. She is so sweet and such a pleasure to deal with. I'm sorry this happened, but so thankful for the willingness to work with their clients.

  We have lived in our house for a month and a half and have already lost power 4 times. Always during calm sunny weather. It is very frustrating that you can’t rely on the company who you are paying to supply your house with power to do so on a consistent basis.

  Seriously? I understand the emergency of people not having power with the hurricane, but come on. My family and I have been without power for over 24 hours, have called three times, and have been up to the actual business building. Everyone around us has power, including those next to us that are with the same company. We have no water, no air, and we have a whole houseful of dogs and horses that could use water. This company needs to get it together and actually do their job because the rest of Valdosta it seems has power and we're the only ones that don't and over 24 hours is incredibly ridiculous.
