  Had dryer vent cleaning done on 2/19/22. Awesome experience all the way around, Nick called with an ETA, came right on time. After service was complete Nick gave excellent advice on other services provided by Anthony’s which could save me time and money in the future. Very happy with this company and looking forward to working with them in the future, Jeff B.

  I'm leaving a detailed review because I believe the general consensus is that dealing w/ A/C companies is like dealing with car salesmen - it's dreaded and there are land mines everywhere - especially when you need a new unit. Much to my very pleasant surprise, not so with Anthony's -- they have earned this lengthy review. Before selecting them, I did research, I shopped around, I got multiple quotes and selected Anthony's for a few very specific reasons: The quote process was thoughtful, thorough, very educational and, actually, pleasant, due to the great humor of my sales guy, David. Boy! He comes prepared, he knows his product and he's not interested in selling you more than you need - definitely not so with the others who I spoke with. I was impressed. Also, they sell the well-known reputable brands I was interested in. Their prices were reasonable and they were available to install quickly. Lastly and importantly, there were a number of very specific aspects to their installation process that others don't offer or even mention that give me confidence that I will squeeze as many years out of this unit as is possible. Then came installation: Doug and Chad were professional, pleasant, respectful and thorough (there's that important word again). They really knew the product to the most minute detail and I felt confident in their abilities. When they left, they gave me a meaningful lesson in maintenance and handling emergencies. I learned a lot. Beyond the stellar quote, sales and installation experiences, everyone has been kind and professional. I can't find even one slightly negative thing to say about them. I can tell you that thus far, for me, Anthony's, without a doubt, lies outside the boundaries of the the long-held, negative reputation of AC companies. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone and I will be using their services going forward. Thank you David, Doug and Chad for making a potentially dreadful process as pleasant, quick and painless as possible.... and even a little fun! : -)

  Joe, the electrician was excellent! Such a pleasant man and very hardworking and meticulous. Explained everything and worked carefully and diligently without cutting any corners. I would recommend asking for him as his work stands out as being just awesome!
