My electrical in the house was having issue with the breakers always tripping. I called ARC they ran some test and showed me the results and recommended 3 options they can do. I ended up choosing the main panel upgrade to save us money in the long run. Victor was able to gather city permits and schedule PGE. Panel took a day to complete and had power on the same day with no issues. Would use their services again in the future.

Great experience! Had an emergency with our drive thru menu board not turning on. Víctor came out at 8pm was able to fix it for us.

The tech was able to identify the cause of the smoking at the 220 volt receptacle of the dryer, and found that the dryer required a 40 amp circuit when the original receptacle and power cord were only rated at 30 amps, thus a sparking/smoking hazard. He supplied the correct cord and changed out everything to meet the correct requirements.

My name is Tony, I own Champion crane. This company used our services to install a backup generator for a residence. I did not get payment from him on the job site. However every time I have tried to contact him about getting payment. I am getting no response. I have tried calling I have tried texting I am getting no response from him. Do not use this company. They do not pay their subcontractors. Ultimately the customer contacted me about making sure I received payment. Which I still have not received.

I had ARC install a standby generator on my property. After installing it, my power went out about a week later. The generator ran for about 10-15 minutes before failing. I called Victor (the owner), and about 1 week later he got back to me. I explained what happened and he told me he had to charge me to come look at it. After spending over 10K on the generator and installation, this seemed outrageous since he's the one who installed it. I then felt I was being taken advantage of so I went to his website and it states, "We offer lifetime warranties on all completed jobs. At ARC Lighting & Electric we understand how difficult having electrical problems can be that we guarantee to get it right the first time, literally. If we have to come back a 2nd time for a job that was completed, that service is free of charge!". This couldn't be further from the truth. I believe he charges $125-$150 for each "service" call even if they do the install. Almost a month later, he came back to the property. After not being able to diagnose it, he told me he had to call Generac (the manufacture of the generator), and figure the problem out. He sent the invoice for the "service" call but had no solution. He then stated I would have to pay for him to come back out.

After our last conversation, I decided I didn't want to deal with him or his company as they don't stand behind their work. I called Generac directly only to find out he is not an authorized dealer which is why he was charging for every service call. Generac then sent an authorized installer/service company and solved the problem free of charge. I take blame for not researching the company more in depth and realizing he wasn't an authorized dealer which in my case, it mattered. In case it's not clear, I do not recommend this company and if this is the way he/they treat their customers, I wonder how they're still in business.

We needed an electrician to wire up our whole house generator so we contacted ARC to get a proposal. Victor and his crew were nothing but professional and kept in touch with us every step of the way. When the natural gas modification resulted in our water heater not functioning, he contacted their contracted plumber immediately and it was taken care of the next day. I would highly recommend ARC for your lighting and electrical needs!

Half our gym went out called PGE was told this was an electricians responsibility. Called ARC Victor was very responsive and was able to get an electrician out the same day. We will use their services again

Previous company we hired for our project came out and rewired our home, during power up only 15% of the home turned on. Electricians couldn’t figure it out and never returned to finish and make corrections.

We called 2 company’s after seeing the work they decided not to take the work so we called ARC. Isaac came out same day and gave us a fair price, his electricians came out the same day and were able to fix all issues. Would recommend thanks Isaac and his team for everything

We have built a great relationship with the electrician who services our electrical system on a monthly basis. Since we been using ARC for over 2 years now any problem we have instead of calling the main office for services we call the electrician and get an invoice from office after services. Trustworthy, knowledge, and delivery is how I would describe this company!
