  We've considered getting a hot tub for years thinking it was too complicated. Backyards made it super easy for us. We went in and they recommended the perfect size hot tub for our family of five. Before we left the store they had already arranged and scheduled a delivery. I called Ray a couple days later in a panic that my cement pad wasn't going to be ready in time. He had a great solution for us to put down a resin hot tub pad instead and we had the ground ready and the pad down in about 2 hours. The delivery guys came right on time, had the thing setup in no-time and ready to go. Ray called us shortly after the delivery to ask how our experience was and to see what questions we had. I did have quite a few questions and he took the time to walk us through and made sure we understood what chemicals to put in. This was very helpful as we have never owned a hot tub before. Great product, great people and great company. Keep up the great service Backyards!

  We did our homework and having had a lesser brand hot-tub in the past from a different local vendor we really did not want to go through the headaches of dealing with a leaking hot-tub among other issues. Ray was great to work with. He helped us select a model that met all of our wants (and more) and our family size (and more). And as a nice bonus they were able to deliver and set-up the hot tub three days sooner than they originally scheduled. I would definitely recommend a Sundance Spa and Backyards of America

  We bought our first Spa from Ray about 18 years ago and have bought our supplies from Backyards of America ever since. They are always very helpful with new products and ways to keep the chemicals maintained in the easiest possible way. We just upgraded with a new version of the Optima and also purchased the Covana Cover. This was the best purchase ever! not sure why we waited so long! And a big thumbs up to Nick for his awesome customer service in the delivery & installation process and helping us to learn about our new spa and making sure everything is perfect! Thank you Backyards Team!
