  I have used baker electric for a few years until now and I will never be giving them a call again. I was over charged by 1 hour on a bill. When I contacted the office and asked them to re check with the electrician, “Margo” told me she would not. When I asked her a second and third time she refused. She told me she was the office manager and did not care if she lost me as a customer. !!! People read the reviews, they have a lower rating for a reason.

  This company is absolutely excellent. Up front pricing with a flat rate , on time service, even though they are hourly rate I genuinely felt as though they worked as diligently and quickly as safely possible. I swear they answer the phone before it even has a chance to ring. They took time to educate me on the status of everything and worked to calm my anxiety over this big project I had undertaken. I will absolutely be using them again. The quality for the price is unmatched in the area. 10/10

  Upcharge of 228% on parts will be smug about it when you ask part cost $11.36 charged me $24.99, cost them 57.50 billed $131.52 - stated it was a 120% markup. Didn't inform me that their rates increase $10 an hour until the bill arrived on the third job over 10 months.
