  Quite a bit of electrical material for work comes from Platt and they almost always have what we need when we need it. Their people are also helpful and knowledgeable. They do get a lot of homeowners coming in with odd requests for non-code-compliant solutions...about every other time I'm in there, somebody is trying to get something weird. If you're getting electrical devices, parts and pieces, wire, or normal tools, they're a good place to start and you'll probably leave with what you were looking for our they'll have it quickly. If you're looking for a specialty control panel, circuit board components, a pond aerator, etc. they may be able to order some of those things, but don't expect them to have them in back somewhere.
