  I was so impressed with the customer service as well as the quick and efficient work that these guys offer. I called yesterday evening right before close and they fit me in today. They arrived on time, explained what needed to be done and gave a very fair price to do so. They are friendly, professional, and honest. I will definitely be recommending Baldwin Electric to my friends and family.

  I never write reviews ever but this is the one and only. I live in Arlington, Texas and my mother has a home in Flint, MI. My mother can get confused and I received a phone call last week that her heat was out. Unfortunately she was right, so I had to scramble to find a electrician. After many phone calls I found Steve and Destiny from Baldwin Electric. I told them my story at 6 pm on a Thursday. Steve went to my mother's house, got the heater going, and contacted me with the bad news that the fuse box and electric lines to the pole were shot. Of course he sent pictures, and said that it needed to be fixed as soon as possible. He quoted a fair price and rearranged his schedule to do it the next day. He completed the job in one morning & sent me pictures. Outstanding customer service from both them. I am a customer for life. Even though I live in Texas. Great, great people.
