They do good work (I got a generator and panel) but their cost is prohibitive. I got gouged on my new panel (only found out I needed it once they started the generator install). They recommend 2 service visits annually instead of the 1 recommended by the manufacturer. Cost per visit is $389 for an oil change. Called another authorized dealer and service was less than half as much. If money is no issue, go with them, otherwise, look elsewhere.

Had a new 20 kw whole house system installed . 2yrsystem went into default while I was in Florida. Luckly I had no power outage while I was gone. Came home and servi personal stated it need sometype of heater installed. Charge over 200$ for this and another 187 for service and oil change. Bill totaled $447. I just had oil changed about 12 months prior form same company at a charge of over $300 . Not complaining about work done but very pricey..

I hired M.R. Electric via Home Depot with the hope all the due appropriate due diligence had been done up front. Meaning I would be hiring someone that would do a COMPLETE job without ANY excuses. WOW, was I WRONG. They were to upgrade my old screw 60 amp box to a 100 amp breaker service. I was told the entire process would only take a few hours on a February day and the power would be cut = NO HEAT in the house. I said I could wait until a warmer season but they said NO it was short it would be fine. The day of they arrived late. They arrived 30-45 minutes after the power was CUT to the entire house and it had began th get cold. Mind you I have 3 dogs and 1 cat. This is not how I want to be spending a 30 something February day without power. I could have waited until Spring to do the work. Next, He demanded Payment up front or he wouldn't do the work. There was nothing on the contract about payment up front. By the way, I HAD NOT signed ANY contract as of this point with him yet. Then he demanded I sign the contract and get the payment before he would begin the work. He stated he had been burned by "Renters" in my area in the past pretending to be owners and stiffing him. You know checking a home owners name is as easy as looking on the city property website. ANYWAY. He did ALMOST install everything correctly. Except for the grounding wire. The inspector said the grounding wire needs to be buried. Also, the inspector said he needs to label the box. All in all I got my new electrical box and it's working but the experience with this electrician was NOT a good one as he was condescending and acted as though he either didn't need my work or just didn't want to do the job at all. Like it was a thorn in his side.
