  Above and beyond for contractors (and homeowners)! From a penny part to orders in the thousands you get the same high quality customer service. Plus they are good humored and willing to talk shop, answer questions, and have recommendations whenever it's outside of their domain.

  Not the place you want to go if you have limited knowledge on electrical supplies. They will stereotype you and will be unwilling to help you if you have basic questions and are outside of their typical clientele. I’ve lived here for over a decade and would never go back. Found better places in town willing to help all people.

  We had an electrical issue in our box and needed a new breaker. Called and was told they had it in stock and even given the price. We drove all the way across town in lunchtime traffic only to find out when we arrived there that they did not have that particular breaker and had no idea if they would ever get it in again. During our phone conversation we told them we would be there to pick up the part we had even given them the information on the breaker and were assured they had it. We now sit with our house half in the dark because we had to order it from a competitor. Not friendly at all nor helpful. Sounds like there is a lack of communication and not know Knowing what is in stock and giving out the wrong information. Will not be shopping there again.
