  They did some minor work fixing a generator plug. Paid them $95. First time I tried to use the generator, it didn't work properly which was directly related to what they supposedly fixed. Called them and they said, too bad, we can't help you because the connection to the house is not up to code. That is an entirely different and unrelated issue and doesn't affect what they were supposed to fix. So now I'm out $95 and still don't have the fix I paid for. Terrible.

  In response to the review from Duke Ofhese, CW Harrelson Electric is disappointed not to have the opportunity to correct any possible mis-service. Perhaps Duke Ofhese will contact our office. Also, we find it unlikely and unconscionable that any of our employees would pass off a customer with "too bad" or any such remark. We provide service, and charge for it. If we can not provide a service, we do not charge.
