Wow! Now I see why they're called the Professionals. Not only did these gentleman do a Great job on the install they went above and beyond to make sure everything look nice and neat and even cleaned up afterwards. The owner did a great job of communicating with me through the process. Its hard to find great service now days and these guys delivered. I will definitely be back for any of my electrical needs!

I called and spoke with the owner who claimed I spoke with his technician and requested an estimate. We agreed upon a time 5:30. 5:40 I called and asked if they were still coming. They said yes from Rossville to Ringgold on our way. 7:30 I messaged them saying guess your not coming. I'm leaving to eat dinner. Next day I received a text that said I'm the owner I apologize I thought my technician took care of you. I replied I'm at address meet me at 5:30 again if you want to do the estimate still. Owner replied and agreed. About 10 minutes later I got a message on our way and it was around 10:30am..... I responded back for some reason we are not communicating well. I will find someone else to do the job. This was my experience. I would not use them. Something is off when you can't simple communicate before the job about a time. How can we communciate about the job then.

Mr Branum , I did contact my technician who was in the field actually on his way that afternoon around 5:00 he was headed into our office to get supplies for the following day , I had told him not to worry about coming to the office instead go to your address you had sent me , I received know reply from my technician after I gave him instructions, so me thinking the entire time he had came out there , when I text my technician that afternoon telling him not to come into office to go straight to your place , his phone had died , he went home not knowing I had even text him also me now not knowing he had not received it until 8:00 that evening when I received a text from you , I received your text at 8:00 and it being that late I had waited to contact you until the following business day, when you had text me the next day early morning I read briefly over your text and I did not read it all the way through , that is my fault but what I had done for you that morning was pulling a technician off of another job making you priority because of the confusion from the previous day , I have multiple calls , multiple customers calling each and every morning wanting to speak to me in trying to get things done and needing our services , when I received your text early morning I assumed you was needing or wanting someone there asap , I apologize for not reading your text all the way through , but I assure you this your 1 star rating of my business is wrong . Very wrong , it was a little misunderstanding but for you to rate 1star on a business and have not even used the services is wrong . Justify it how ever you want to , I admitted I made a mistake on my end , but as you can see from previous reviews our services are the best around this area and receiving Best of The Best 5 years in a row says just that . Again i apologize to you , and would love to make this up to you in the future. If you do ever need services again I will make you priority and have you taken care of . Again I apologize for the inconvenience.
