  So grateful for all the help we received from Everett! He was so kind and worked really hard to provide us with reasonable options that were within our budget. He was patient and sat with us for hours, making sure all our questions were answered and that we were happy with our purchase. I was dreading the visit to a dealership because it’s so overwhelming and stressful but he really made our overall buying experience so comfortable! Will absolutely be returning to Beck & Masten!!

  Customer service is what this place is all about. First info i must pass along is i did not purchase my vehicle here. But you wouldn't have known that with how well they treated me. I needed an oil change on my 21 Traverse. Calling and scheduling was easy. I showed up maybe 30 mins early. Michelle informed me it'd be an hour maybe an hour and a half wait, which was expected. So i ran across the road to grab some lunch. Came back about 45 mins later, waited maybe 10 mins total in the lobby. A Big Thank you to Michelle and the rest of the crew here for the smooth experience. Great job Beck & Masten !!
