  WORST COMPANY EVER. THEY WILL SET APPOINTMENT FROM 8AM TO 8PM AND NEVER SHOW UP. The person Lou and if that is his name had his female person call me one night to let me know they were not going to come to my home to fix my refrigerator, because they fear Sears was not going to pay them for the parts and well as labor. This is the worst Company I have ever dealt with. I do not know how they got 5 stars, but after reading some of the post they must had their family, friends or someone to write a 5 Stars for them. I am telling you first hand I will NEVER WANT TO USE THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE LIARS!

  I’m sorry ma’am but I believer you have mistaken Best Electric for another company. We don’t subcontract to Sears and don’t repair appliances. Please take a look at your receipt and check who actually provided this unacceptable service Thank You

  They arrived on time and were very professional. They finished installing the lights faster than I thought they could. They cleaned the mess and left my place clean. Call them if you need something done
