  When I first reached out, he was responsive, then after a couple months, I had to follow up with him to say hey did you forget me, I was looking for an estimate. Finally, was able to setup appt for a quote, was on time, seemed friendly enough and knowledgeable, so I hired them to do the job, as it has been difficult to find electricians in the area to take on jobs or to even give you a quote. Work was completed, although there was some controversy over what I confirmed to be included in the quote, even had the text message of the confirmation, but he would not honor it. I decided to pay the additional fee so I could get the work completed and knew I needed some additional work to be done and didn't want to be over charged on the additional because of it. It was to relocate some wiring from some switches and to install an outlet in a room where I took out the closet. The outlet I asked for, I was told by his crew I didn't need it, so basically they refused to install it. Just think it should be up to me to decide what I need. Then he was supposed to send a quote for additional work that he stated could be done around the time of another job he had in the area on the follow up of original work completed. After months of not receiving the promised quote, I sent a follow text and he has not responded. As far as I know, the work was done correctly, my stacked washer/dryer outlet is working, my ceiling fan lights now work, the dimmer light switch was replaced with a regular switch for now as was having issues with it flickering and the panel box was upgraded for more additions with an outside breaker. Prices perhaps a little high, but wouldn't say over the top.
