  I initially booked a meeting with this company and the electrician didn't show up. I called, they said they had accidentally scheduled the appointment for 10pm. We rescheduled a few days later. I had a very nice experience with the electrician, we did a walkthrough of the issues I was looking at having worked on, we chatted and he was very professional. We are now 2 weeks past the date and I have received no quote for the work to be done when he had informed me I would have in at the latest by the weekend (within 4 days).

  Our technician, Asif, was amazing! He arrived 30 minutes before the 10-12pm window they gave us and went over our options. He would need to get a replacement wall heater for us, which I thought would require him to come back another day, but that was not the case. He went and picked up a replacement and returned to install in what felt like minutes. He was done and gone before the 10-12pm window had even closed. We live in Issaquah and he had to go to Bellevue for the part we needed. I’m very happy with him and the company and will call them for any future needs, without question!
