  Contractor was given an opportunity to evaluate and verify his work estimate or modify it. This was done to allow all bidders to be on a level competitive playing field. Instead of no bidding the owner David Blackner told me on several occasions that he would respond with a new estimate. After a week of promises and lies he then responded with a “ Not interested” because they were too busy. Non responsive and not professional.

  Continually modifying an estimate is a waste of resources. Get three estimates, hire the one you like. Then leave a review for the one you were a actual customer of. Try this simple approach for better results. We have the right to choose whether or not to work for you. Fortunately were able to avoid an actual job for someone who we couldn't please with a free estimate. Have a great day!
