My initial impression of EE was nice. Eric got me scheduled within a week for my request to have electrical outlets added to exterior of the garage. Come scheduled day and electrician, named Ed, got sick. So, work was rescheduled for mid next week. Eric called me on Tuesday and asked if electrician could come by and look at job requested. I rearranged my schedule. Ed was 30 mins late for appt. Again, rearranged my schedule. Ed looked at job, asked him for approximate time job would take. He shrugged his shoulders and said he had no idea. He didn't have all equipment needed to perform the job and would have a second person who had equipment come help. But Eric already told me he charged $100/hr for service. I should have walked away at this point since I couldn't get an answer. But alas, I did not. Ed arrived next morning at 08:15. His partner arrived about 15 minutes later. They talked, a lot, about the job amongst themselves. The job was to simply run wiring from electrical outlet in garage about 8 ft to exterior wall of garage for exterior wall lighting. The 2 electricians worked 2 hrs together and you would think that 2 electricians could get that job done with no issues in 2 hrs. Meaning I would pay for 4 hrs of work at $100/hr. But no. The 2nd electrician left and Ed spent ANOTHER 3 hrs working. He was told by his boss to use a chisel and hammer to set boxes into the concrete. That's ok if it hadn't taken him an additional 3 hrs to complete the work. I was very disappointed in how I was treated. My neighbor tried helping to speed up Ed. So, long story short... EE stated they did ME a favor for only charging me for 6hrs of work instead of 7. (5 hrs for Ed and 2 hrs of the other guy). Stated that was almost a 40% discount. My receipt states I was getting charged $622.50. Eric only charged my card $600 and stated by text that this was an almost 40% discount. Well, you do the math. A 40% discount of $1000 is $600. So, is he saying I should've been charged a GRAND to run some wiring from the middle of my garage to the exterior of my garage? He essentially removed the charges of $22.50 for parts. And $100 of labor. Needless to say, the job should not have taken more than 4 hrs max, and only 2 hrs with 2 electricians working. The lady that referred EE to me was called and notified about my ordeal, the BBB has been notified of my ordeal, and now YOU have been notified of my ordeal. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I felt as a woman completely taken advantage of. All my male friends are totally disgusted with my treatment. Many of them could've and wanted to do the work, but aren't licensed. But fool me once.... I pray no one else falls victim to this company. Response: The only thing you mentioed was $100/hr. I would have never considered the job had you said it would be $1000. To simply drill through concrete? Not my fault you want your guys to use a chisel and hammer like Fred Flinstone instead of using up to date equipment... i can't even with you!! Your excuses are sad and disgusting. You take NO responsibility and just wanna blame the "victims" of your business. Man up!

Jessica failed to mention I told her our service could be as much as $1000. Drilling through concrete, crawling through an attic and recessing 2 outlet boxes in solid concrete is a big job! She also failed to mention I reduced her bill close to 40%. We are professionals,we carry insurance and are licensed by the state of Florida. We do not do shoddy work.We have never taken advantage of anyone! In my 40 years in business I have had the pleasure to work with many fine people, and then there's Jessica

Eric was hard working, honest and showed up on time. Did a great job. One of the jobs I thought needed to be done he pointed out it was fine and really didn't need repair and saved me some money. I would definitely use him again.

    Response from the owner

    Thank you Kathryn

Thief Hired was paid in full and job was 90% complete and had to stop build due to loss of work. 2 years later needed to finish job consisting of installing outlets and sign off on permits. Was hit with $900 to finish job asked why when it was paid in full was told labor and materials have went up! Excuse me but all the material were all ready there and took 2-3 hrs to put in outlets. Bids low and will nail you with any changes to the plan. You were paid in full and then wanted more because the job had to be put on hold. Dont worry we won't meet again. BTW your installed wiring was faulty. Two years after it was signed off on the power went out in that addition. Turns out your electrician failed to tighten the wire nuts on one of his connections. Great quality work. (Sarcasticly)

    Response from the owner

Yes we charge for extra work
