  The company replaced my electrical service and apparently did a good job. But, I later discovered they had cut the meter seal and made to provision to see that the box was resealed. This Left me to explain to Tacoma Power that I had not been stealing power. Very uncomfortable.

  Excellent!!! I don’t think I can praise Bobcat Electric Inc enough. After my DIY Insteon 3 way light switch upgrade failure I was forced to find a professional, which I was dreading. After several failed attempts to hire an electrician through homeadvisor I decided to try Angie’s list. Bobcat Electric Inc was the closest electrician to me and had good reviews so I gave them a call. Bob the owner answered the phone and was awesome. He took the time to listen to my issue and my troubleshooting then had a few recommendation and even said he had a partner Kevin doing a job near me “same day” and could send him over if I was flexible on time. Kevin called about 30 min later and said he was on the way. He and Josh arrived as expected and were very nice. They quickly went to work and within 30 min they had identified the issue added a needed wire and then helped talk me through another DIY project. All within the initial service call time. As one that normally does not give a 5 star A rating review Bobcat Electric Inc has for sure earned it. I know they will be my go to electricians for all my future issues and projects.

  Excellent service and quick to respond. Bobs electricians were punctual, polite and helped me troubleshoot a problem that we weren’t quite sure What was the Exact issue. Their report was detailed and thorough and their pricing was reasonable. Will definitely use Bob and his team again.
