  I had the inverter on my off grid property stop charging my batteries. We found a repair shop but had to take the inverter in to the shop, they recommended an electrician remove the inverter since we were new to the off grid home. We called every local electrician more than once, even branched out to Lacy, Olympia, Spanaway, Parkland and started calling HVAC since we couldn't get ahold of anyone. Started the list all over again and Earl was my first call, he was on vacation but came out that day. He did not have the correct tool for my specialized inverter but told me what I needed and I ordered it off Amazon. He came back and removed it so I could take it into the shop. It is now fixed and waiting for him to put back together, I called and he is booked up the next couple of days but he will make time since he knows we have been without water for 2 weeks. We've been using a generator for power but no water. Both Earl and his son were prompt, and polite. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They have made sure to communicate with me, returned phone calls, answered phone calls and texts. I will use Earl again.

  Earl was very helpful and always willing to answer our questions. He and his son did a great job. Bridge Rd Electric will be our choice for adding the power to our workshop.

  Not sure of his work capability but his appointment keeping skills not so up to par. I made the appt with Earl for an quote on a electrical job I needed. I was fine with the time and day he said he could do it which was three days after the call. From what I have seen so far that pretty fast during busy season so 2 stars for that, however Earl never showed for the appointment and didn't answer his phone until 1 1/2 hours after the missed appointment. He said "you slipped thru the cracks" he could of had a bad day, maybe. He was surprised I didn't want him to come back another day.
