Great experience and highly recommended! I contacted the company in the morning regarding a problem with the power to our septic. They were at our house within 2 hours to fix it and it was very reasonably priced.

Called the same day for an electrical issue with a light switch. They were able to come out the same day, which was very appreciated. So two guys show up at 2:40pm - 4:05pm. We were told by the main electrician that the hourly rate would be $95. Told them that is fair and to proceed with job. They eventually replaced one outside GFCI outlet, ran two feet of wiring to light switch and even replaced two wired nightlights quickly that I had. Total time at home was 1 hour and 25 minutes (verified by cameras in home and outside). A few weeks later get a non-descriptive bill for $321. 00 for this. Surprised because it was very generic and not broken down to what we were being billed for. Labor was $260. Parts were $60. Was shocked at the total considering it was suppose to be $95 per hour x 1.5 hours. Called the owner and was hung up on twice by him. He stated they charge $130 an hour for two guys. Ok, at no time did I request a two man crew or was told that they were sending a two man crew for such a small job. In addition we were told at the home that the rate was $95 per hour and nothing about having to pay for an extra man to stand around and fetch supplies. Also they were at the job site for less than 1.5 hours, not 2, the electricians supposedly put on the billing statement that they were there for 2 hours total. The owner was not willing to honor the rates or actual time on job site, instead he claims it's a fair price and that he won't do business with us again (which is fine because why would I do business with a company that charges more than what the customer was told), and he simply hung up on us twice. The quality was good, but the fact that they are not upfront about actual charges or even break it down on the invoice is a cause for concern. The previous electrical company I used was fair and broke the rates down on the invoice, as they should. Was also charged $60 for parts, which again was not broken down on the invoice as to what we were actually paying for. Willing to pay a fair price that was quoted, but not willing to be gouged after the fact, hopefully the BBB can get a resolution out of the owner, as I couldn't reason with them.

Matt Boe and his coworkers did an amazing job installing a wired in alarm, replacing bulbs with correct watt in fan and replacing dimmer switch! They went above and beyond !
