  Bruce is loud mouth and caddy. He did a bad meter install and caused a lot of power issues. Would not fix HIS mistake and tried to blame everyone else. Stay far away unless you enjoy arguing.

  We had a whole house generator installed at our home in Punta Gorda. Bruce Ladd Electric was recommended by a friend and we are very happy we had them do the project. We scheduled a time to review the work requested and Jason was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. The work was scheduled and started on schedule. Jason his assistant Jordan and all others involved did an outstanding and timely job. We would highly recommend this company.

  We recently purchased a home in Punta Gorda and was in need of electrical services. I found Bruce D Ladd on the internet. Owning a service business I am critical of wowing customers and grade service businesses on all aspects. When Jason Smith, from Bruce D Ladd Co., showed up with booties on his shoes before entering our home I knew they were concise about customer service. Their company representative, Jason Smith was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He demonstrated experience and performed his duties with care. He recommended that we retro- fit all our old high-hat lighting with LED bulbs. We were in the process of painting and the difference color bulbs and wattage were castings different shadows and different colors throughout. We went with Jason’s recommendations. He returned exactly on time and did what he had proposed. Now our home lighting and paint colors are consistent. Thanks Jason for showing us the light! Would highly recommend this this company!
