  I had an issue with billing. I made a simple error and it was bounced back to me with an additional charge from Central Hudson for $20. Naturally this was a bummer. So in the morning I requested a callback on their website (do not call them, that can lead to hours of frustration! Go on the website and request a callback!) and they got back to me in about an hour and a half. I explained my situation and the lady on the phone took care of the charge. I'll be credited next billing cycle. They have a pretty janky website that has little crashes often, but my experience with their customer phone folks has been really good. I felt treated with respect and taken care of. Thanks phone people!

  Best service, then the power goes out and they restore it very quickly they try their best and that’s very good stop leaving one star review. 🥶🥶 would recommend very good power company because it’s the only one!
