  I called Dwain Lloyd Wednesday morning to let him know I smelled gas in the house. He sent someone over and found a major crack in the heat exchanger and cut the gas off to the unit as it was extremely dangerous. I figured we’d have to deal with no heat in that part of the house over the Xmas Holiday. With both kids coming home and that being our main den, it wasn’t going to be easy. What happened next is exactly why I’ve always only used Chisholm in my 34 years of living in Burlington. Dwain Lloyd called and said he would have someone here the next morning to remove the old unit and install a new one. The new unit was in and working by noon the next day. Dwain Lloyd and his crew are absolutely the best and I wouldn’t ever use anyone else. Thanks to everyone at Chisholm Service. You all are THE best.
