They were extremely efficient. My appointment was for 1pm and I was done by 1:30. I also appreciate the family and God first atmosphere. In these tough times it is nice to visit a business that embraces our Lord. I have an older model truck and Bill took the time to explain what is needed and these are all things I already knew so he wasn't trying to up-sell me. Just amazing, efficient and friendly service.

This was my first experience at a Christian Brothers Automotive, and definitely will not be my last. Making an appointment online was super easy and convenient, and the friendliness of the owner and staff made me feel like I’d known them for years. This type of genuine customer service is hard to find & greatly appreciated!

I immediately felt welcome. A very clean and appealing facility. Organized and professional. I have never had such a professional experience at any other automotive repair facility. I didn't have any feeling of worry or anxiety. They have found the secrets of success. I think it's great that the employees get weekends off. A positive, professional, kind attitude can be contagious throughout an employee team and the customers. That is what I experienced at Christian Brothers Automotive Granbury Texas.
