  Up until 2 months ago my bill was about $100 a month. Suddenly jumping to $281 and then $241. That's absolutely CRIMINAL. Some customers state that they received a letter saying to expect a 6% increase but actually most of the customers are seeing more than double. This is utterly ridiculous but they can get away with it because there is no competition. The government is too busy regulating things that don't need to be regulated, and not regulating things that do need to be regulated. Looks like they got everyone by the short and curleys and nothing anyone can do about it.

  Only giving one star because it’s the only way to leave a review. This company is a joke. My husband has been in the hospital and out of work for over a month. I had applied for rental relief the “supervisor” Gina could not have cared less. She needed “proof” that the rental relief doesn’t offer. She told me she sent out my disconnect notice only 4 days before it was shut off… which was a Saturday and then when I called and told her that she changed her story and that she said the 15th… which we never received. She also stated that she has sent me delinquency notices 7 times this year and I can assure you my electric has NEVER BEEN TURNED OFF, and I have ALWAYS paid my bill. THEN, when I tried to get it turned back on, they wanted me to pay a $150 deposit!!!!!!! I’ve had this company for 2 years!!!! What the hell do I need to pay a deposit for. You are nothing but dollar signs to this company. Shame on them. The only reason I have them is because I have to, no one else services my area. They were rude and they only care about a paycheck.

  VERY expensive. If I had known what my electric and water payments and quality (both being extremely subpar) would be when I purchased my home, I would have NEVER purchased a home in their service areas. I am literally counting the days until my beautiful home is sold.
