  They have my names spelled wrong in their system... they have failed to correct it each time I called. I set up auto pay and it was declined because of the misspelling. Twice now they have charged me a return check fee for their own incompetence. It shouldn't be this difficult to pay a utility bill. Get it together.

  I have had issues since day one with this company. Their website does not work as intended and the history isn’t accurate. This has caused hundreds of dollars in bills with 0 compensation from chugach. They are the only utilities company that has issues with my payments and continues to accuse us of “not paying”. This is why resources should be paid by our taxes and not run by private companies out to make a buck. My advice is to call this company every month to make sure you are paying the correct bill, or even paying your bill. Don’t blame the workers blame the company and the people running it. They should be held accountable.

  First,I miss municipal light and power. Second, utilities are expensive. Third, they want me to come to their office to fill out a form so they could talk to me about my Mother's account. Otherwise, they won't. My Mother wears a pacemaker, and chugach Electric cut her electricity off. It is back on now.
