Patrick evaluated the water line from the meter to the house and recommended replacement. After getting here with equipment the work needed was downgraded to a repair instead of a replacement. He did not push replacement even though it was all set up to do so. I appreciate his being straight forward about the work required.

Donnie did great work! He came quickly for the first service call, even before he was scheduled. He got the replacement part the next day and had it working before 9 a.m. A billing problem got resolved quickly by Nicole in the office. Thanks for everything!

They came out a month ago, charged me $200. Still having same issue so made another appointment. Guy came out said system was leaking could not fix today but gladly charged me another $95. So almost $300 system not fixed and gotta wait again for someone to come out again. Maybe they will charge me $1000 or more this time. SMH

Tony, Sorry to hear you had another call out. We've looked into this and found that it has nothing to do with your call last month. We found an electrical issue last time and repaired it. The system has run for a month with no issues, until this weekend. If we would have found that we were back on the same issue, we would not have charged you another service call fee. We understand your frustration but giving us a chance to answer your needs or questions would have alleviated your concerns and this type of review would not have happened. We value our clients and always strive to do the right thing every time. Glad we got to talk yesterday and get this taken care of for you. See you March 14th!
