  CoolAid is a first class company. Tommy has exceptional experience and he worked on my system like it was his own. Pricing is extremely reasonable and he is always on time. He also is a exceptional licensed electrician.

  Our AC went out one day and being new to Loudon, I went on the search for an HVAC company, and I came across Tom/CoolAid. I was impressed with the reviews others left so I gave it a shot, and I couldn't be happier! Tom came out and found out what the problem was (a simple switch was broken near the panel - something I never would have looked for. He guided us through everything, we learned a ton from him, and he even made sure our furnace was safe to use for the coming winter (he even checked for Co2 just in case!). The bill was extremely reasonable - I was so happy, and I know I've found our new go-to man!

  I can repair electronics myself, but Tom came out next day and helped me troubleshoot, ordered part next day and I'm up and going again. Just a circuit board, but he's got a good working knowledge and ability to diagnose the problem and jump out other components to test air handler blower motor to make sure it's still working. Won't charge you for something you don't need. Good guy.
