  I have been extremely satisfied with how quick EMC dispatchers crews to restore power, replace yard lights or install new yard lights. All crews have been very polite and professional. I have read other reviews and I do not think some customers with complaints understand the process of restoring power after an outage. I have been lucky enough to be connected to a main line. Therefore I get quicker service for an outage. Unfortunately but understandable repairs that affect the most people first. Not realistic to turn on power to one house while hundreds or thousands go without. Thanks for 30 great years of service.

  Most times everyone is nice when you call. I just called and was trying to ask questions and I believe her name was Wanda and she was the exception. Very short, not wanting to answer questions, almost sounded as if she did not want to take calls and definately not smiling through the phone like most. The way the call ended had me in awe. I hope I just caught her at the wrong time and or it was just an off day for her.

  You're unable to get threw for the pass 3 days just to pay a bill. Each time you enter you number and account number then it says try your call again later 🙄
