  As usual the guys are helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately this location will be closing at the end of October and becoming Yale electric. Sorry to hear this as I stopped dealing with Yale Electric at least 8 yrs ago. For those who don't know Yale and Dauphin electric are owned by the same company and have been for many years. So there will no longer be a Dauphin Electric in Lebanon county.

  They were able to help when others wouldn't try. Fair about returns. Lots of products in stock and if they didn't have it it was there the next morning. 😉

  very helpful customer service at the counter, was there a couple of times and both times they were able to help me get the exact item i needed even though i was going to buy a different part/component. saved me a lot of money the one time!
