  I haven’t gotten the work done yet, but the customer service is really unlike anything else I’ve experienced. In a world run by computers, where I always have to chase companies to help me spend money, Thomas Edison contacted me immediately and kept in touch with me at every step. I received 4 phone calls in 2 days and the service technician was actually earlier than I was initially expecting (but not without a phone call to ask if early would be acceptable.) I have cancelled service because of poor customer service, and disappointment has become the norm. My experience has been a refreshing shock. They’re terrific!

  Thomas Edison Electric did an outstanding job running an outside light for us at our home. We are repeat customers and highly recommend their services. Don’t be too concerned about the price, because you truly get what you pay for and beyond. Their Master Electrician, Moses was extremely courteous, kind, and efficient. He explained what he was doing to keep us updated throughout the project. We truly appreciated this and the work that was completed. We now have an outside light ready to use for an occasion. The Manager Steve, also contacted us to ensure the projects was going as we expected which it was. Thank you Thomas Edison Electric for having such great thorough conscience employees. The Phillips

  Communication and courtesy were the hallmarks of my experience with Thomas Edison. The electrician arrived at the house promptly and was masked since we're still under a 'stay at home' order. He was incredibly polite, efficient, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I'd definitely recommend this service.
