  I own Perry Paint & Body Shop on Roosevelt Ave. I had Dean Electrical Services come and convert all of our lights in the office, the body shop, the paint shop, and the paint booths to LED. They were great and did a fantastic job. We have not had any problems at all. The best part....our power bill has went down tremendously! I highly recommend everyone convert their lights to LED and you should call Dean Electrical Services to help you with it.

  We have used Metro Electric for years but no more. They cancelled appointment and didn’t even have courtesy to call. We gave Dean Electric a call and from the moment I spoke to Jessica I knew this company would be my go to company for any electric issues. They kept their word and kept in contact. Joseph converted a very old fuse panel to circuit breakers as well as changed an old wire in a paddle fan. He also helped me get bulbs out of vanity lights that broke as I was removing them. He explained things as he worked which I really appreciate. My friend and neighbor recommended this company and I will always recommend them as well. They are professional, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Best in area, by far!

  Dean electric never returned after I reported one side of my under cabinet lighting never worked after they left my house. I have been trying to get this problem rectified for more than a year. They were contracted through D and D Kitchen in Albany, Ga. I first reported the problem to D and D Kitchen who told me they had tried to reach Dean and asked them to call me. After following up with D and D Kitchen I was finally told to contact Dean directly because “they couldn’t do anything”. I then proceeded to call Dean and spoke to someone on multiple occasions that assured me someone would be in touch. After multiple calls, I was then told due to the Pandemic, they were behind. On occasion I was told I would have to pay for someone to come out because I lived in Newton!!! Please note D and D Kitchen has already been PAID IN FULL for kitchen renovations. No one from Dean or D and D Kitchen bothered to call me back to ensure the problem would be/was resolved!!! Very disappointed and will NEVER refer anyone to Dean Electric AND please note if you use D and D Kitchen please inquire as to who they contract their services, especially electrical services! I would never want anyone to feel as disappointed and not valued as a customer as I have felt after an almost $20,000 renovation! Denise Robinson Newton, Ga
