  Go through security, (he was rude) then go to the window with paperwork, (she was great) then they tell me what door to go to, then they tell me what roll up door to go to, wait 45 minutes at the roll up door to take a pallet off my sprinter, then go back to the window, then back through security. TALK ABOUT A MESS!!!!!!

  8 hrs to get me load appointment was at 2:00 is 8:00 and they still not done Avoid these place 👎👎👎👎

  They don't care about you're appointment time. They'll get to you when they feel like it.
