Top notch. I had 3 other service techs to my house. Everyone of them were dumb founded. Bill came and fixed everything in a timely manner. He was honost professional and knowledgeable. Direct Connection helped me out with my electrical problems on 11/4. I was having lighting issues and my equipment wasn't running properly. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix my problems same day! They also resolved some major wiring issues that my building had.
I regretfully didn't call them first thing and was "ghosted" by two other companies in my area before. It was super frustrating. I was a little downtrodden by being treated so poorly, but this company made it so much better!

Bill's a standup guy. He's prompt, personable, very knowledgeable and above all honest. I first contacted Bill to get a quote for a circuit breaker. I needed an estimate to negotiate the price of a home I was purchasing. He was more than willing to do so over the phone. That information helped me seal the deal. After moving in I had him come out to restore power to my shed, install an outdoor outlet and discuss getting a generator. Needless to say I'm going to have the generator installed. He even helped me coordinate with a local propane company. I highly recommend hiring Bill for all of your electrical needs.

Direct connection was so busy, but the owner, Bill was able to make an emergency visit to the house and rectify the electrical issue. Their were customers on a waitlist, but he got my client in immediately. I dealt with many contractors, etc. and all they usually do is want your money and then they disappear. However, this company stands by their name and I’ll fix your problem.

The nicest guys I have ever had do work at our house. We had a problem that could have done serious damage to our house. And they came the next day with all the flooding we had and fixed it right up. Will definitely be using Direct Connection again.

Bill and company have been great to work and deal with from start to finish. We upgraded our electric service from 100 amp to 200 amp service. I had posted a question about good electricians that won't charge an arm and a leg to get the work done, as we don't have tons of money on a social media site. I got numerous references and referrals. I called a few of them and left message.  Bill was one of the 1st to call back and talk to me about the project. We had a few quotes given to us and we decided to go with Bill and team, because of him being incredibly friendly,  professional,  and personable. When he called back and gave me the estimate is was just a few dollars higher than the other guys, but he was nice enough to price match another quote.  Job was done properly, professionally and quickly. We definitely will be using him again in the future  and will be referring him to others. Thanks again Bill and team, you guys did a fantastic job!
