  Pastiers showed up a full day late for a 2-week advance scheduled appointment, then became angry and defensive when I asked for an estimate before they started. They quit and left without doing any work. Accused me, their customer, in very loud raised voices for making them feel "guilty" about showing up late when I had not mentioned it at all. They give the impression that the customer must accommodate them, instead of the other way around. Cost me a wasted vacation day from work. Beware.

  Really nice people, quick to come out, friendly and reasonable. Thank goodness for them, helped my mom on a Saturday!
